Presenter Simon Thomas has disclosed how he and his son Ethan are dealing with his wife’s unexpected demise a calendar year on – describing how grief can hit them at unpredicted times. 

Simon Thomas opened up about dealing with spouse Gemma’s demise, 3 times after she was identified with acute myeloid leukaemia, in November 2017. 

The Sky Athletics star informed Great Early morning Britain (GMB) he commenced leaving notes in his son’s lunchbox.
