The Last of Us is an action-adventure survival horror video game developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation 3.
We take control of Joel, who is trekking across a post-apocalyptic United States in 2033, in order to escort in Chicago the young Ellie to a friendly resistance group. While doing so, we must defend ourselves against zombie-like humans, as well as hostile humans. To aid us on this journey, we have the use of firearms and stealth. We are also aided by capabilities such as a visual representation of sound in order to listen for locations of enemies. And last but not least, we are able to craft weapons or medical items by combining items found in the world!
