Dear greeneration, our comsumption of disposable plastic has spiraled out of control. unfortunately, those plastics are not biodegradable so they never go away. most of it goes into landfills, some gets into the water course and eventually ends up in the ocean. creating serious and deadly impact on green creatures and food chains, called plastic pollution.
As a friend of earth, we could start from reducing our daily consumption of plastic. i likely to bring my own reusable/tote bag and avoid products that come with exess packaging ( although it’s kinda hard nowaday).
with this video campaign generated by GFE Camp 2017, i hope you rise your awareness about our global problems including plastic pollution and start to make an action by now.
