MMA fighter Conor McGregor has sparked outraged following labelling Vladimir Putin ‘one of the best leaders of our time’ after meeting him at the Globe Cup Ultimate.
McGregor posted the inflammatory image to his 24 million Instagram followers on Sunday showing him posing with the Russian leading dog forward of kick off at the Luzhniki Stadium.
In the photo’s caption, the multi-millionaire fighter mentioned he was ‘honored to go to the event’ and reported he experienced been invited as Putin’s personal visitor.
