Parents’ outrage following high faculty student shared cookies baked with her grandmother’s ashes

A college student at a California higher university has not long ago addressed her classmates to a batch of homemade sugar cookies allegedly baked with a sickening and macabre solution component: her late grandmother’s ashes.

Law enforcement in Davis have launched an investigation into the bizarre incident at Da Vinci Constitution Academy Significant School soon after getting a tip from a different college student.

Fox40 noted that a boy at the school explained to his mom and dad that a classmate had brought the treats laced with human ashes to university and passed them all over about two months ago.

It is suspected that at the very least 9 unsuspecting teenagers experienced consumed the baked products tainted with cremains.

In accordance to the whistleblower’s mom, university officers had failed to notify her and other mothers and fathers of what took place in a timely fashion and had her son post and indication a statement addressing the incident with out achieving out to her.

Davis Police Lt. Paul Doroshov termed the cremation cookie controversy ‘a odd one,’ but instructed CBS13  and other locla information outlets that there have been no studies coming out of the superior faculty of everyone slipping ill as a result of consuming the sweets.

Law enforcement are on the lookout into studies that two learners experienced cooked up the morbid prank, but Lt Doroshov reported he is not guaranteed what expenses, if any, the culprits would facial area.

‘Because of the truth this is so unconventional, it would get extra exploration,’ he added.
