INCREDIBLE footage has emerged of the moment pro-Russian troops mutiny on camera and slam Vladimir Putin for their treatment.

The soldiers – claiming to be from the 113th rifle regiment of the Donetsk People’s Republic – are heard lashing out at Putin for sending them into battle “with no food or equipment”.

Their commander also makes a staggering claim that men with young children and others with chronic medical conditions have been sent into the midst of the fight.

He says: “Our company, consisting of the 5th Infantry Battalion of the 113th Infantry Regiment, was on the frontlines in the Kherson region of Ukraine.

“For that time the personnel overcame cold and hunger and for a considerable period we did so without material support, medical supplies or food.

“The mobilisation of our unit took place without any medical examinations, and there are those among our unit who in accordance with the laws of the Donetsk People’s Republic should not be mobilised.

“There are members of our personnel who suffer from chronic diseases and others who are guardians of people with mental illnesses.

“For those who are fathers to children and taking into account the duration of our continues presence on the frontlines, many questions arise that are ignored by command.”

He then speaks separately to troops who voice their concerns, but say they are being ignored by their commanders.

“The higher command interpret our complaints as sabotage,” he says.

“Show respect for your officers. What is there to be gained from sending your soldiers to die?”

The remarks come as Ukrainian figure suggest that the Russian leader has already sent 30,000 troops to their deaths, but continues to push forward with the shambolic invasion amid hopes of a “small victory” on the eastern front.

A bombshell report issued on Monday said the dictator, who is thought to be plagued with illness, could be asked to sacrifice his own army in a bid for a hollow victory to save face.

However, many have warned that Putin’s blood sacrifice may be a step too far amid now further evidence of disrepute among his ranks.

The report’s author, a top UK analyst on Russia, suggests Putin has convinced himself that a victory in Donbas is now in sight – and it will give him leverage in the fight for Kyiv.

And if he fails in his bid for a small victory, he would be ousted with a coup to overthrow Putin now a realistic possibility.

DEVESTATING LOSSES

The army is now currently said to be on the brink of collapse after losing thousands of soldiers to the fierce Ukrainian resistance.

The chaotic invasion has caused devastating losses for Russia – and Putin has been warned to bring his troops back home or “risk more orphans”.

A veteran legislator issued an appeal to the Russian leader last week to bring back his troops amid growing Russian protests about the war.

Speaking during a regional assembly in the Primorsky region, Communist deputy Leonid Vasyukevich, 69, blasted the use of Russian soldiers in Ukraine.

He said: “We are backing measures to support families of servicemen killed during the special military operation.

“We understand that unless our country stops the special military operation, there will be even more orphans.

“Young men die and are maimed during the operation, even though they could have benefited our country.”

The brave local MP said three months have passed since the start of the war “and it is clearly impossible to reach success by a military way”.

He said if Putin continues it “will inevitably lead to an increase in numbers of killed and wounded servicemen,” demanding the “immediate withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukraine”.

British Russia commentator Bruce Jones told The Mirror: “There has to be a point when Russian forces cannot take any more losses, a cut-off point.

“This would be a straw that broke the camel’s moment, where units would no longer be able to function as a fighting force because they are so depleted.

“It has happened before and on a small scale it is happening now – so this could become a reality.”
